• Preventative Maintenance Labor Rate: $65/hour
• Cleaning Services: $50/hour
• Emergency Services Calls (Monday – Friday) (7am -5pm) excl. holidays: $150/hour 2-hour arrival time.  Evening, weekend and holiday service calls:  $300/hour
• 24/7 Emergency Response – (1 hour response time) – $800/hour plus cost of repair
• Supply & Material procurement: Costs + 20% markup
• Mail Forwarding: Postage costs + $75 per instance
• Grocery Stocking – $125 per request
• Vendor meet and monitor – $75 per hour
• Hurricane preparations – $75 per man hour
