Our family’s story began over six decades ago when the first generation settled in this vibrant coastal community, drawn to its tight-knit spirit and serene seaside rhythms. Since 1963, we’ve called this place home, growing alongside it and embracing the unique joys and challenges of coastal property ownership.

As the decades passed, we noticed a growing need among seasonal residents, snowbirds, and frequent travelers. Homes left unattended, even briefly, faced risks from weather, maintenance neglect, and gradual wear. Inspired by our deep connection to this community, we launched our home watch services in June 2019 to keep properties secure and well-maintained.

In April 2025, we rebranded our business as Coastal Living Property Solutions, LLC, blending our years of experience with fresh innovation under the same dedicated family ownership. Today, we continue to protect and preserve homes, building trust one property at a time, guided by our enduring commitment to the community we cherish.
