1501 to 2500 Sq Ft is $75 per visit
2501 to 4000 Sq Ft is $105 per visit
4001 to 6000 Sq Ft is $140 per visit
6001 and up Sq Ft call for pricing

- Walk full perimeter of the property
- Inspect all doors and windows for security and function
- Run water at all fixtures and inspect for leaks
- Verify HVAC settings, ensure proper operation, and check condensation lines
- Check lighting fixtures throughout the home (supplies billed separately)
- Inspect landscaping maintenance
- Check Elevators
- Check pool water levels and general condition
- Inspect for active signs of pest and rodents
- Retrieve and secure mail and packages
- Maintenance vendor lists, specific property
