2501 to 4000 sq ft is $135 per visit

Includes all services in the bronze package plus:
- Starting up/charge vehicles and letting them run to circulate
- Discount on meeting & monitoring vendors on property ($65/hour)
- Water Plants
- Provide weekly photos and detailed updates
- Photos of home after hurricane or storms pass
- Forward mail monthly to a non-local address (shipping fees apply)
